Permit And Delivery Information: Please allow a minimum of one foot on both sides of the path to the storage building's site. A&M will need to know in advance if you are unable to accommodate a truck and trailer for delivery. We will then prepare for your special handling needs. Setup includes leveling with customer supplied concrete blocks and shims provided by A&M. We can provide concrete blocks for $2 each. A&M is not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, or underground utilities. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the conditions are suitable and to acquire the necessary permits. Customer should be aware of the regulations regarding setbacks and right of ways. It is the homeowner's responsibility to check with their local municipality for any regulations or permits that may be required. Customers will incur charges if A&M has to return to move your building. After 25 miles, it will be an additional fee per loaded mile. Complicated deliveries will incur additional charges.

Delivery off the lot: 3-5 days.

Custom orders: 10-20 business days.

Site Preparation: Our barns are a solid one-piece unit that merely needs to be placed on reasonably level ground. A concrete pad or compacted gravel surface is not necessary but may be required by local regulations. At A&M, we recommend at least a compacted gravel surface.

Gazebos:

Limited Lifetime Warranty: A&M Gazebos extends to their customers a Limited Lifetime Warranty of any manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear on all their gazebo products as long as you remain in your home.

Gazebo Kits: Our gazebo kits are partially pre-built in sections; packaged on pallets wrapped in an industrial plastic shrink wrap. We ship via major freight companies that provide curb side delivery nationwide. Shipping costs depend on location and can be calculated before making a purchase.

Gazebo kits are built in with shipping purposes in mind, and designed to make final assembly easy. We provide step-by-step instructions with every gazebo kit. The amount of time involved in set-up depends on the size of your gazebo and your handyman skills. For example: our 8x8 gazebo can normally be assembled in 4-8 hours. If you have absolutely no carpenter skills and do not feel comfortable completing this step we recommend hiring a local carpenter to assemble the gazebo kit for you.

Materials: At A&M Gazebos, we pride ourselves in the quality materials we use. Our wood gazebos are made of #1 kiln dried pressure treated southern yellow pine lumber. Our builders hand select the pieces to be used in the construction process.  The gazebo’s floor joist system consists of pressure treated southern yellow pine guaranteed not to rot set on 4x4 treated skids. Our cedar gazebos are built using #1 grade imported cedar. Every piece is also hand-selected. As an available upgrade, we also offer vinyl gazebos with composite floors, including the famous Trek composite decking material. Whether you prefer the natural wood look or something a bit more modern and maintenance free, we've got you covered at A&M Gazebos! We are sure you will appreciate the quality products we use to build our gazebos.
